Mr. Li Dejin Scholarship of the Department of Political Science, National Taiwan University for the 113th Academic Year (Deadline: 2024/11/15)

Purpose and Background : Alumnus Li Dejin, who received a scholarship from National Taiwan University during his studies, was able to complete his four-year university education. In gratitude, he established this scholarship to support outstanding students in financial need within his alma mater’s department.

Eligibility : Outstanding students in financial need from the Department of Political Science at National Taiwan University, currently enrolled in the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year.

Scholarship Amount : One student from each year will be awarded NT$20,000.

Required Application Documents:

The scholarship application form.
The transcript from the previous academic year (first-year students are exempt).

If applicable, one of the following documents :

Income tax statements of the previous year for the student, their parents, and siblings issued by the National Taxation Bureau in Taiwan for local students, or by the taxation bureau of the student’s home country for international students.
Proof of financial hardship.
Certificate of low-income or middle-low-income household status.
