What is public diplomacy? How does Taiwan navigate its unique diplomatic challenges? Join us as we explore how Guo Jiayou, President of the Taiwan Digital Diplomacy Association, is redefining the language of traditional diplomacy as a citizen and breaking through Taiwan’s diplomatic constraints!
