DB Schenker Singapore 隸屬於德鐵的物流分支，為亞洲最重要的據點之一，目前約有2,000 名員工。由於客戶來自許多不同的產業，因此身為儲備幹部的我們，很有機會接觸到不同的環境及工作內容，快速累積經驗。

今年年初，DB Schenker Singapore 自台灣招募了超過10 名台灣人，目前想多招一位HR 部門的儲備幹部。特別強調，這個職位不只適合對於HR 領域有興趣的人。身為DB Schenker Singapore HR的儲備幹部，不只需要與HR 部門內部各組合作，更要與整個公司的其他部門建立密切的溝通橋樑。同時，HR 部門的人都很年輕有想法，適合喜歡接觸新知、渴望學習的人來與我們一起成長。

【工作職缺】Management Trainee (Human Resource)
【徵求條件】
* Customer focused with excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese
* Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with minimal supervision
* Highly motivated with ability to work independently and at times in a non-structured environment
* Appreciate the time-sensitivity and criticality of assigned tasks and ensure completion within prescribed time frame
* Passionate about delivering quality work and detail oriented with very high degree of accuracy
* Resourceful and with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
* Advance user of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office suite of products
* Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus
【薪資待遇】SGD3,200 – SGD4,000 (約七八萬台幣，另有約兩萬元台幣之房屋補助)
【工作地點】新加坡
【工作時間】8:30 – 18:15，若專案較忙需配合加班；夜歸車資及晚餐都可以實報實銷

【工作內容】
* Serve as an operational partner to the business units/operations on all HR related matters
* Roll out broad-based HR framework, strategic HR projects and organizational improvements for business units
* Provides HR advice and guidance to the business units
* Partner business units on talent management and career development
* Maintain the employment relationship and employee engagement
* Handle Employee Relations Activities like Staff Welfare, Employee Survey, Long Service Award, etc
* Execute communication plans to attract, inform, motivate and retain employees by building awareness of and appreciation for Schenker Singapore’s work culture and workplace
