NGOs not only help fulfill your ideals but also offer great career paths for you! Come and join the NTU iNGO Academy!

In the past, working in NGOs was widely regarded as self-sacrifice, but why are the relevant courses and degrees getting more and more popular?

◎ The ultimate goal of a business is to maximize profits. However, an NGO has to strike a balance among beneficiaries, governments, donors, and the public for sustainable development.

◎ Building an efficient and productive business needs job specialization and teamwork. However, working in NGOs requires diverse abilities and focuses on making qualitative changes.

No matter whether you want to realize your ideals, or challenge yourself, joining NGOs can be a valuable choice for career development. However, do you know the basic facts about NGOs? Do you know what kinds of abilities are required to work in an NGO? Do you know the difference in marketing approach between NGOs and for-profit businesses?

We created the NTU iNGO Academy for you to intern at local NGOs focusing on international issues or international NGOs’ branches in Taiwan and put the sustainable development goals into practice through project-based learning and NGO workshops, which help you enter an NGO career in the future and bridge bridges between Taiwan and the international community. Besides, after completion of the internship, you will get 2 credits as well.
